General information on nutritional and exercise advice.
Dieting and fad diets (myths)
Contact information for personal training as well as nutritional counseling -Information of the "Perfect Diet"
Suggested workouts/exercises for the average student.
Link to a separate CC Cycling website.
(Here would be the set up for "rider journals or blogs" in which riders from the team can write about their weekly workouts, strengths and areas in which they need to improve in).

What: Ultimate Frisbee, all skill levels welcome for pick-up frisbee,
which is a great way to exercise
