Carroll College students, faculty and staff are eligible for
participation. College
I.D.’s must be shown at each contest.

No
more than 2 Intercollegiate or club athletes are eligible for
participation (see intramural policies for clarification).
Violation of this rule will result in elimination of the
team from all contests.

Schedules are available at the intramural office (Ganfield
108) or on the intramural web page.

This
form represents the permanent roster for the designated
intramural activity. All
members that wish to participate must be on this form.

For
points to be accumulated toward the year long Carroll Cup
competition at least 75% of the team members must live in the
sponsoring residence hall or belong to the sponsoring campus
organization (list sponsor on form below).

Upon
receiving your registration a confirmation email will be sent to
the team captain with information on the time and date of the
event’s captain’s meeting.
